busy lives, such as Twelve Day Pass, 'Mid Day' or 'Fast Lane'
memberships to "Active" Month, to the
Three month 'Athletic' Plan, and the Six month ' Premier ' Plan.
Longer plans include 'Fil4life' Plan and Starz Young
Ladies Program.

encompassing fitness and nutrition for 6 to 16 year old girls.

According to their preferred program, members enjoy myriad of
comprehensive and exciting services such as fitness assessment
and "Shape" Gym Orientation at the beginning of each program.
From there, may attend a free personalized diet consultation, or
a skin care consultation. Passing by each aspect allows our
clients to achieve their personal goals as well as enjoy
all the amenities Spectrum has to offer.
For members with special requirements, One-On-One
Personal or Elite Personal
Training is also available for members with a selected
professionally trained, fitness instructor. This program
includes enjoying all services at the time chosen by the member.
